LED Cable TV, Air conditioner, 2 electric fans, Refrigerator, microwave oven, Airfryer, electric stove with oven, kitchen exhaust, rice cooker, oven toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans, plates, spoon & fork, drinking glasses, and other basic kitchen and dining wares.

Guests can bring your own food and can cook inside the unit.

*** The condo unit is good for up to 6 pax only as strictly implemented by the management of Pico de Loro.

GUEST ACCESS: Upon confirmation of booking, guest will be endorsed and is required to pay an entrance fee (good for the whole stay) to gain access to the beach, Country Club, and all other amenities except for the members-only Beach Club.

RESORT ENTRANCE FEES:

Resort fees are not included in the room rate and will be paid separately upon arrival at Pico de Loro with the following rates (per head) below:

LEAN: (Weekdays of January to February & July to November): Adult P800 / Child (4 to 12 years old) P300

PEAK: (Weekends of January to February, June to November, and Weekdays of March, April, May, June, December): Adult P1200 / Child (4 to 12 years old) P400

HOLYWEEK: P1500 per Adult, 600 per child (4 to 12 years old)

HIGH: (Weekends of March, April, May, June, December, and all holidays of the year): Adult P1300 / Child (4 to 12 years old) P500

*** Please note that weekend applies to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Guests will need a credit card or avail of a cash card from Pico de Loro admin to settle transactions at the Beach and Country Club. The cash card costs P50 and minimum load is P1,000 which is valid for 1 year. Any unused amount is non-refundable.

• Please bring your own towels and toiletries.
