WE ARE SO EXCITED TO ADD THIS NEW GULF FRONT PROPERTY TO OUR LIST OF GREAT VACATION PROPERTIES. COME SEE FOR YOURSELF! GREAT FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES ALIKE!! THIS IS GOING TO BE A NEW FAVORITE FOR OUR LOYAL AND REPEAT GUESTS!

Welcome to Flamingo Beach! Located at 2712 Gulf Dr. in Holmes Beach. As you turn into the private drive, you will be welcomed by lush, native landscaping surrounding this Gulf front Duplex. This secluded setting will remind you of days gone by, when life was at a much slower pace. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you will appreciate the love and care the family has put into maintaining the “old Florida” charm. Walk through the sea oats on your very own private beach access, picturesque views of the Gulf waters will amaze you.

Step inside to find Flamingo beach to be comfortable and quaint. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. The view of the beach from your Livingroom window will not disappoint. The Primary bedroom offers a king size bed, a 32" TV and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Kids don't want to share the twin room? No problem! There is also a pullout sofa bed in the Livingroom. Finally, a queen size bed with a 32" smart tv for streaming your favorites. The hall bathroom also has a walk in shower. A private washer and dryer are provided in the unit.

Not only does Flamingo Beach sleep 6 comfortably, but also has plenty of room for you furry, four legged, best friend!

Beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, a fun assortment of water toys and bikes are provided for your perfect beach getaway!

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Great location with private beach access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, the house is tucked away under trees with a private sandy trail out to the beach. Lots of shelling. There were boogie boards, a paddle board, chairs and more. We ate outside watching the sunset every night when not eating out. Tide Tables was a beachy pier restaurant with great food and friendly service. Cortez is lively place to check out with lots of stores and restaurants. The Anna Marie Oyster Bar was also a fun place to eat. The house was clean and kitchen was well equipped. We needed a couple more chairs and the owner quickly made sure we had what we needed. Overall a great trip.

Super Time by the SEA!

We enjoyed a small Paradise ON the SAND by the Ocean under the shade of huge Pine trees that reminded one of beautiful times "Old Florida Lush" private peaceful Beach House. All was very clean in good condition and the few little things that we requested fixing were quickly repaired or replaced. All with whom we dealt with at Island Vacation Rental were wonderful! Thanks Amy T., Tierney, Maintenance IAN and Tom - just everyone super accommodating and responsive. To any request their answer was certainly! Comfy Beds, extra linens and Towels all in great condition and all basics in kitchen made things lots easier and more comfortable. The outside sitting, tables/chairs for lounging under the trees in the afternoon shade also lovely. Great location couple blocks to Publix and stores. But really overall ON BEACH location location location could not be better. This was Better than as advertised all around! Even the weather cooperated with occasional afternoon showers or great storms allowing us to enjoy most of the days and Of course INCREADIBLE SUNSETS! JUST THANKS!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Flamingo! It is secluded from the street and nestled under native Florida trees. We enjoyed evenings on the patio deck playing super Scrabble and watching the sun set. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach and had many toys for the kids to play with. We had a wagon to haul all the gear to and from the beach and an outside shower to clean off with before re-entering the home. It was spacious and decorated nicely. We were able to cook a few lunches and dinners -even grilled out on the provided gas grill. It is a perfect location in the middle of the island and a short walk to the free trolly that runs every 20 minutes. I would definitely love to go back!
