The open concept space features comfortable seating arranged around a cozy electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day out, or enjoying a night in with movies on the large screen smart tv. Between the formal dining table with seating for 4 and the breakfast bar with additional seating for 2, there’s plenty of room for meals enjoyed at home. The spacious kitchen with its wide countertops and standard appliances also includes a toaster, coffee machine, blender, and crock pot for your convenience. Head through the back door to enjoy a covered patio with views of the expansive, green landscape. There’s no better place to start the day with your morning coffee, share a meal, or unwind after a day of adventure.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and direct access to the back patio.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it.
- On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
-A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.
-The home has a second full bathroom off the living space.
-Washer and dryer in unit.
-2 parking spaces available.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
