The Space:
Sealah, an amazing beach home just 2 blocks from our white sandy beaches and emerald coast waters! This house boasts a true coastal feel that can accommodate 18 guests! As you walk through the home the sand and beach come alive in the decor. This home is spacious with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and 2 fabulous living areas. Two of the rooms have bunks that are sure to be a hit with children of all ages. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies needed and the 2nd living area is a great place to relax or enjoy a game of Pac-man. Enjoy the private pool with an expansive pool deck or lounge on any of the balconies! Take the complimentary 6 Passenger Golf Cart(LSV) to the beach or a day of shopping. Located within one mile you will find The Destin Commons, which is host to many great shops as well as restaurants, a gas station, Publix grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy and much more.

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, a toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a large counter-height bar with 4 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, the dining room has a front row view of the backyard and pool. You can also see the TV in the living room. It has a large table that seats 8 people and the bar seats 4 people, allowing 12 guests to dine together at once.
LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has 1 full sized sofa, 2 large loveseat sofas and several accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55 inch, 4K, flat screen TV.

BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: (Bunk Room): It’s furnished with TWO twin-over-twin bunk beds, a dresser, and a flat screen. It has its own dedicated bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. This room can sleep up to 4 guests.

BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a double vanity and glassed shower.

LAUNDRY ROOM: A washer & dryer is included for your convenience.

BATHROOM (HALF BATH): This bathroom is located on the second floor, off of the main hallway by the kitchen.

BACKYARD: Take a swim in the private, salt water pool or spend quality time enjoying the many conversational pieces. This includes an 8 top and a 4 top table, one umbrella, a hammock and a love seat with a coffee table. Plenty of lounge chairs, and a gas grill. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.


3rd FLOOR:


BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3: Located on the third floor, this bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, accent chair, and a flat screen TV. It has its own spacious, private bathroom with a stand-up shower and double vanity.

BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #4:. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen TV. It also has a shared Jack/Jill style bathroom which is shared with the bedroom #5.

BEDROOM #5 + Bathroom #4 (Bunk Room): It’s furnished with TWO twin-over-twin bunk beds, a dresser, and a flat screen. It has a shared Jack/Jill style bathroom with Bedroom #4. This room can sleep up to 4 guests.

BEDROOM #6 + Bathroom #5 : This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom, with a stand-up shower.

2ND LIVING ROOM/ARCADE SPACE: A great hang out for the kids! Has a full size couch, large flat screen, classic arcade games, accent chairs!

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.

The best way to get around is via the complimentary golf cart! Some folks also enjoy walking to the beach access at the end of the block.
