Stunning location right across from the beautiful sandy Moana beach. Welcome to the Hamptons on Moana. The beautiful views, sandy beach, waves and sea views make our apartment here at Moana the perfect family getaway. A 3-bedroom dog-friendly apartment on the beautiful coastline of South Australia boasting sea views, high-quality appliances and a location that cannot be missed.

Relax and unwind in this beautiful apartment with the beautiful sea breeze in the air. Walking into the lounge room you will find an extra large couch perfect for the whole family. Dinners will be spent at the 6 seater dining table after using the luxurious 6 burner stove. Enjoy your morning coffee made with our SMEG barista coffee machine with locally sourced coffee beans on the balcony whilst the waves crash in the background. The Master bedroom overlooks the beach with a king-size bed, TV and spacious ensuite for your privacy. The second bedroom also looks out to the ocean with a queen size bed. The final bedroom perfect for the kids has 2 singles and the option for a third with a trundle bed in the room also. The main bathroom boasts a large shower perfect after a long day at the beach and also a spacious bathtub. We also have a washer/dryer perfect for long-term stays.
Note, No WIFI currently.

Moana, situated south of Adelaide between Seaford and Maslin Beach, is only around a 45 minutes drive from the Adelaide CBD. Moana is also home to one of South Australia’s best drive-on beaches! perfect for a day out with family, the beach has waves for the kids to boogie board and build sandcastles.

For a snack or a full meal, the Deep Blue Café is a popular spot to stop in and eat or grab some takeaway. Located on the corner opposite the SLSC, it’s just a short walk from the apartment and they have excellent coffee, great hot chips, cold drinks and ice creams.

You are also just a short 3-minute drive away from Seaford Central for all your shopping needs.

Adelaide’s Southern Region has so much to offer just a short drive away so the best way to utilise your holiday is by hiring a car. The property is located approximately 45 minutes from the city centre, 3 minutes to the local shopping centre and the beach on your doorstep!

Beach towels are provided to you for your convenience. Please only take the blue and white striped beach towels to the beach and leave the white towels in the apartment.
Please note house rules & booking requirements:

All guests must be over 25yrs.

Please no loud noise, no parties, no smoking or vaping

Quiet Hours are: 10PM - 8AM.

Lastly, all bookings require a check-in form completed before arrival. You must agree to our terms & conditions, upload a photo ID & selfie of the primary guest choose a waiver/security deposit (security deposits incur a non-refundable admin fee) with our partner KNOW YOUR GUEST - Superhog.

Weekend Away
Location was ideal for our needs. Disappointing that for price there was no wifi. Further the glassware, crockery, platters etc supplied could be improved. There were no additional bin liners, no diswasher tablets, no coffee supplied for the rather complicated coffee machine (pod machine with pods would have been preferred). Would be extremely hot in summer as faces west with no additional blind on the veranda. Advertised as dog friendly and then email comes that requires approval and that not all dogs are allowed! This was clarified by the host and our dog was allowed. Overall, though enjoyed the location and the space.

Amazing
The property was exceptionally clean. Nice and new with a brilliant location. Very spacious. One thing that could have been helpful would be the addition of a potato peeler and strainer for pasta. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will return soon

terrific location for a beach getaway
This property was terrific for our family - so close to the beach and with all the essentials. A really lovely layout for the family and so close to walk to the beach and coffee. The location to other beaches was also really appealing and only 35 minutes to commute to Adel to make it a perfect short or long stay.

Beach front abode
Cosy three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Lovely views and fresh breeze. Ample TV entertainment, but barely functional internet, very slow. Ample space for meals - dine in or out. Mostly clean - floor needed some work, everything else seemed really well done. Minor touch ups would have added to the experience - fly screen door was off the bracket, toilet roll holder moved, nil soap in hand soap dispenser, hair dryer was missing. Greater communication would have been appreciated particularly as a first time user of stayz - provided identity check and asked some questions but did not receive a response. Inflexible with number of guests. Email with instructions of how to access property was incomplete i.e. had to ask property manager for code to car park. Property provides space for two cars which is great but requires skillful drivers as space is fairly tight. Property provided a nice secure area for my dog who definitely enjoyed herself. Two minute walk to the ocean OR less with easy access! Perfect for people who want to go swimming or paddle boarding or kayaking etc. Beach can be accessed by vehicles. Noticed that property is well soundproofed. Overall enjoyed our stay. And the property is neat. Just wish there would have been more communication prior to booking confirmation. Wanted to give it more of a 3.5/closer to 4 stars.
