‘Bellarine Apartment’ features a generous light filled bedroom with direct access to bathroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, electric stove top and convection oven/microwave. Outside, there is a seating area, an Electric BBQ for use stored in the Pantry. There is a washing machine inside and external laundry trough.
The property is situated above the second garage for the main residence however has its own access and drive for you to enter and leave as you wish.
Please note the stairs inside to the apartment are quite steep and not particularly suited to anyone with mobility issues or young children.
