The Location:

This gorgeous home is located in the prime location of Dania Beach, with close proximity to Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood and walking distance to the newly built Seminole Hard Rock (Guitar-Shaped) Hotel & Casino Hollywood, which makes for an exceptional vacation spot.

Dania Beach Pier, only a 10-minute drive and known for its award-winning "Blue Wave Beaches," 974-foot Fishing Pier and Marina and is one of the few beaches in South Florida that offers dining and nightlife directly on the water! Check out Grampas Bakery, Jaxsons Ice Cream Parlor, Quarterdeck , Rustic Inn Crabhouse, or Tarks, just to name a few of the local favorite restaurants. It's also home of the world-famous Dania live Jai Alai, located in the center of the city's dining and entertainment district.


HOUSE RULES

-No Parties/Events allowed

-No loud voices and no loud music outside the house especially at the pool area after 10PM.

-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.

-Parking Rules: Only 2 car permitted in the front driveway at all times, as per City Ordinance.

-Check-in time: 4:00PM. Check-out time: 11:00AM

-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depends on availability but with an additional cost.


**Please note:

Video surveillance: The Property has video surveillance cameras placed at the front door area, living area, and pool area strictly for protection against insurance and theft and is not being viewed or monitored and does have recording storage capability. These cameras are not placed in any private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms and should you desire to have certain cameras disabled during your stay we can accept this upon request.


Noise Aware: The property has been installed with a Noise Aware device to constantly monitors the noise level in our property and it alerts us the host and the property manager when a certain noise level has reached higher than the local city ordinance. When host/property manager will get an alert, we will kindly advise the guest to to keep the noise level in the property to a minimum to avoid complaints from neighbors and local law enforcement.


Please note, that we do allow guests 21 years or older to check-in and must be staying at the property.
