The property also boasts three generously sized bathrooms, each with crisp modern finishes.

The enormous open plan dining and living area is full of natural light, and additional living areas offer extra breakaway space for everyone to recharge and enjoy some downtime.

The spectacular deck along the back of the property is designed to take in the stunning waterfront views while you sip your morning coffee or afternoon bubbly.

Most of all, you’ll find that the sleepy side of Buff Point is what makes it such a rare and truly refreshing destination, with it’s natural surrounds and relaxed way of life giving you every opportunity to rest and recharge.

Getting Around:
Just over an hour’s drive north of Sydney, werecommend that guests have access to a motor vehicle to make the most of what Buff Point and the surrounding Central Coast region has to offer. Parking is available onsite via the secure internal garage, with additional space on the property’s driveway. Street parking may also be available.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.

Swimming Pool: Automatically set to heat from 5am to 5pm everyday.
