This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms, each with its own unique modern design and luxurious linens for sound nights of rest.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and spacious walk-in shower. A sofa and coffee table are situated at the foot of the bed, creating an idyllic morning spot for enjoying your coffee with views of the home’s pool and the mountains beyond.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a queen size bed and sliding glass doors leading right to the pool and lounge chairs.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $100/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 24 hours in advance of your expected need.
- Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the garage. A 3rd car could park in the driveway. No more than 3 cars.
- Washer and dryer.
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
One of the best features of Jackson’s Dawg House is its desirable location, less than 10 minutes from the downtown area. Make the most of your easy access to Palm Springs which has plenty to explore from its central shopping district with vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries to nature adventures like hiking, horseback riding, and biking. The mountains are within easy exploring distance with the popular Palm Springs Ariel Tramway 30 minutes from the house and of course much more to visit in the surrounding areas. Demuth Park has lots of amenities like pickleball and is walking distance from the home!
Be sure to stop by the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
