Bourbon Beach House is a newly constructed oceanside home in Kitty Hawk with upscale finishes and one-of-a-kind custom touches you won't find in your average vacation rental. The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen's large island and high-end appliances including a Bosch refrigerator, Viking range and microwave drawer, and even a wine fridge! The primary suite is also located on the top level and includes a spa-like private bath. Luxurious upgrades include a custom walk-in shower with three shower heads and a separate soaker tub. Three additional bedrooms are located on the mid-level, including a second ensuite with deck access, along with a spacious den that can serve as a second living area.

Downstairs. you'll find a bourbon-themed rec space with bar, full size fridge and a custom whisky barrel wall that will get happy hour started anytime of the day.
