Imagine waking to the stunning view of the sun cresting the horizon, preparing a meal in the large kitchen, nestling in with a book, or sipping a comforting beverage all while gazing over the water towards nostalgic Nauset Outer Beach. After a fun filled day, travel into downtown Orleans to dine at one of the many restaurants or shop on Main Street all only a few minutes car ride from this location. This single floor home will provide privacy and tranquility for all in your party. Enter from the screened in porch off the back of the home into the mud room, perfect for leaving your beach bags and coolers packed for the next round of fun! The first primary bedroom is just off this space and offers a queen bed, en-suite bath with a soaking tub, and a lovely water view. A few steps further you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a sliding door to a small deck facing the water. There is a full bathroom with a shower just outside this room. Adjacent to this space find the larger water facing kitchen with a butcher block island and small breakfast table. A half wall separates the kitchen from the cozy water facing sitting space and ample dining room. Two doors open from here into the spacious family room with sliding doors , all water facing of course! Down another hall find a bedroom with two twin beds (water facing), a room with a queen, a full bathroom with a shower, and another primary bedroom with a queen and en-suite bath with shower. This primary bedroom also features water view sliding doors with access to the front yard. The front of the home (water facing side) offers a large deck with a dining table and a large grass space. Your private stairs down to your private beach can be found just steps across the lawn! The summer green heads and other bugs can be fierce so be sure to pack your bug spray!
