Dolphin View has all-new furnishings and is professionally decorated and outfitted for you to enjoy all the comforts of home. Two en-suite bedrooms provide privacy for guests, and a pullout sofa gives extra sleeping space. Enjoy a pool-view oversized kitchen and dining area equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a huge island and breakfast bar. Spend lazy days relaxing around the private pool, or out on the terrace and dock watching the wildlife or boats on the river. Bring your own boat and dock it right at the home and enjoy daily outings fishing, and cruising around historic downtown just across the river. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
