The main shops are a 3 minute drive to Clayton Central where you’ll find many restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Malaysian, Modern Australian). Coles supermarket, bakeries, butchers and other homeware needs may be found in Clayton Central too. Oakleigh Central (affectionately called little Greece) is 10 mins away and you’ll find all your Greek restaurants to quench that hankering for a souvlaki, delis, cafes and beautiful cakes. Chadstone the fashion capital, a shoppers Mecca world renown is only 15 mins away.

Located close to the top teaching hospitals in the state, Monash Medical Centre and Monash Children’s Hospital are only 5 mins away. Monash University is only 10-15 mins away by bus or car.

There is a guest bedroom downstairs with an adjoining bathroom which is convenient for guests who are unable to climb the stairs.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms including a master bedroom which boasts an ensuite with a spa bath and a walk-in wardrobe. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and generous space for rest and relaxation. The home can accommodate unto 10 people with ease and caters to the young and old.

The upstairs retreat has a study area with large desk and lamp. The retreat area next to this space has a sofa to read or have a conversation or two. WiFi is free with no download limit

*Dining
The marble-look tiles underfoot sprawl into an open-plan layout through to the dining and kitchen area with ample space for relaxation and lively dinners. The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances including a Nespresso Coffee machine for that desired coffee fix. Family and friends can enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar or a 10-seater dining table. Glass doors open effortlessly onto an alfresco and kid friendly backyard for indoor to outdoor living. There are 2 booster seats for toddlers which can be provided on request.

*Entertainment…
The downstairs living area has a 55” LED SMART-TV with NETFLIX (and other channels). A bookshelf with a variety of books and a reading nook which provides a sanctuary for the bookworms amongst us. Board games may be found in the buffet cupboard in the dining room.

Guests will have full exclusive use of the entire home (except for the garage and shed).

Bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils are provided.

For your convenience the house has an electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dish washer, central heating and split system air-conditioners. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
