Basketball Hoop: There is a basketball hoop available at the property and you just have to bring your own basketball.
This home backs right onto the river, so make sure you grab a kayak or two and embrace nature the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Own a boat? There’s even a boat ramp available further down the road.
Portacot: Portacot is available and is in the office area.
Rural Property: Please note this home is located in a rural area. Although the home has a regular pest service you may still encounter, bugs, insects, spiders etc.
Pool: The home is located in a rural area and although the pool is regularly serviced upon your arrival the pool may contain leaves, pollen/flowers and insects or little animals. Any items in the pool can be scooped out with the pool net.
Air conditioner: Located in main living area.
Septic Sprinkler: The septic tank sprays water and naturally does it as it is its function.
Outdoor firepit - It is the guests responsibility to check NSW Fire Regulations prior to using the fire pit. The fire is not to be used during the months October through to end of April.
Safety: This property has a pool, a balcony, direct unfenced access to the river, and a pond.
Grass: The property has a regular lawn mowing service; however, this is weather dependent and cannot be rescheduled until the ground is completely dry.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
