The apartment (over 200 sq.m) is located on the 4th floor of Block "A" which also includes an elevator. On the ground floor, you will find a small seating area and cabinets to store your shoes and coats, a spacious living room that opens up into the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a bedroom and balconies. On the second floor, you will find more cabinets along the hallway where you can find towels, bed sheets, etc. Additionally, you will find 2 bedrooms plus a workspace that can also qualify as a bedroom as we have a pull-out couch. You will also find 2 bathrooms, one of them containing a washer and dryer. Each bedroom on the second floor has a balcony and a closet where you can store your clothes. EXTRA THINGS TO NOTE: - Security deposit of $400 Euros
- Cleaning fee of $150 Euros on first day of arrival. Cleaning fee can be given to house management first day of arrival.
