'Serenity Now’ is a delightful white weatherboard beach-house in a very quiet street. Located at the narrowest part of the peninsula, it is only 650 meters to the bay beach (which is dog friendly all day) and 950 metres to the beautiful Koonya Ocean Beach (with its stunning rock pools).

The house has a modern extension at the rear which can serve as a separate 'retreat' for parents, grandparents or a small family. The front of the house is a classic beach house with retro inspired decor.

Our much-loved beach house is full of warmth and charm. It is bathed in light from morning to afternoon and is surrounded by beautiful greenery. It has three gorgeous bedrooms, each with a very comfortable king size bed.

The bedroom in the extension at the back of the house is very large and can be treated as a 'retreat' with its own large bathroom and walk-in robe. In addition to the king size bed there is a single bed available in this room and a trundle bed if required. There is a TV on the wall in the retreat.

The back bathroom has a spa like quality, with a huge bath and shower. It is bathed in light. It's lovely for enjoying a relaxing bubble bath with the afternoon sun streaming in. And the sliding door can be opened for that outdoor feel.

The main part of the house has decor inspired by the1960s and the sea. There are rustic floorboards and a large funky green retro laminex table. The bedrooms have large windows that allow light and breezes to flow in (just beautiful to sleep under).

The new kitchen has everything that is required for foodies to cook up a storm and enjoy! It includes a beautiful SMEG stove. There is a good range of recipe books to ponder over for inspiration.

The lounge has a gas fire, large windows overlooking the gardens and a 50 inch smart TV. It has a very comfortable leather Tessa lounge suite.

The front bathroom is full of coastal charm detail with lime washed floors, a shower and separate toilet.

The front lounge opens out onto a patio and the back west facing deck is huge and perfectly positioned for warm evening meals with family and friends.

The large sun-drenched back deck has a gourmet Weber bbq on mains gas and a large table with chairs for ten people.

In the back yard there is a vegetable garden and lovely green grass to lounge around on. Two bikes and a canoe are available for use throughout your stay.
