Kick back, relax and enjoy the incredible city, lake and orchard views from Black Mountain with epic sunsets by the pool! We are 40 minutes from Big White, 15 minutes to downtown and the airport, 10 minutes to Orchard Park mall, 3 minutes from a grocery store and close to many beaches, hikes, golf courses and wineries.

Our home is a perfect getaway for families or groups of friends but because we live in a family friendly neighborhood, our place is not suitable for parties!

Our home includes a large open concept top floor that includes a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook while still being part of the fun! There is a dedicated workspace for remote workers and everyroom has blackout curtains.

The private pool deck includes an inground pool, pool floaties, beach towels, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, a BBQ, outdoor sitting area and an outdoor three piece bathroom for your convenience. The pool is open from July to September (weather permitting) and will be maintained for you throughout your stay as needed. No lifeguard on duty!

There is parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway. If you need an extra spot, please let us know before your arrival. Please do not park on the street.

We have free wi-fi for guests. There is a TV on site with access to Netflix.

Hosts live in the suite below and have two medium sized dogs. We have access to the other side of the yard that is fully fenced off with our own separate entry for everyone’s privacy.
