The Space:
Step into this modern villa that is furnished with only nothing but the best furniture that you can notice as you step in!

Everything about this villa screams coziness. The living area comes with a soft sectional sofa, soft carpet, wooden center table and a unique wall art to ensure a full relaxation during your stay. Stay connected as the villa is also equipped with high-speed WiFi connection and cable TV.

Dine with take-outs or home-cooked meals on the dining table that seats 4 comfortably. Right next to it is the spacious open-kitchen and complete with appliances (stove, oven, and cookware) for cooking and refreshing drinks. A cool chalkboard is also available in the kitchen if you need to list down weekly menu plan for your loved ones!

The villa’s own private backyard is complete with outdoor dining furniture plus more social space to unwind with your family or friends. The community pool is easily accessible from the backyard gate.

The bedrooms are furnished with 2 king beds that is fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows. The maid's room comes with a single-sized bed. All with en suite bathrooms, hotel-quality linens and mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion with a welcome pack are given to the guests!

Guest Access:
Full access to community facilities - including basketball court, kid's play area, and community swimming pool.

Please be advised that In line with continuous community enhancements, we would like to inform you that a bund wall will be constructed around the perimeter of the play area. The construction is scheduled from 14th August and is expected to be completed by the end of October. The work will be ongoing Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM. During this period, the play area will be open, but you may expect noise disturbances due to the ongoing civil works.

Springs 12 is a sub-community in a master-planned gated community, The Springs. The parent district offers over 4,800 townhouses equipped with luxurious lifestyle amenities. The scenic lakes located at Street 9 and greenery are the highlights of the community, offering peace and tranquility to the residents.

The community boasts two pools, two children's play areas, two outdoor gyms, two basketball courts, and outdoor barbeque areas as well. You wouldn't run out of fun activities to do during your stay.

Residents need not worry about options for transportation in Springs 12. The presence of bus stops and subway stations makes it convenient for the residents of the community to commute within the Emirates. Taxi is always an option. You may also book your private ride using Uber or Careem.

Taxi fare from the DXB airport to Springs 12 is around 73 AED (38 minutes).

The bus stops near The Springs 12 are Discovery Garden 2 (11 minutes), JLT, Business Centre (11 minutes), Discovery Garden 3 (12 minutes), JLT, Dubai Star Tower (13 minutes), JLT, Silver Tower (13 minutes), Discovery Garden Bus Stop 4 (13 minutes), Discovery Garden 1 (13 minutes), JLT, The Dome Tower (14 minutes), Discovery Garden 16 (14 minutes) and Discovery Garden 15 (16 minutes).

Metro stations are 15 minutes away from the community. The metro stations near Springs 12 are DMCC Metro Station 1 (12 minutes), Nakheel Harbour & Tower (13 minutes). Dubai Internet City (14 minutes), and Ibn Battuta (15 minutes).
