Great location, large unit, not much else.
The stay was a bit of a disappointment. First, the positives... unit was large and nice, location was very central and housekeeping was very good.
Now the negatives… the property was a real mess. A bit of that was the construction and I do think we should’ve received some kind of credit for that. But I think most of it was a severe lack of maintenance. Here’s an example… yes, the property is right off the slopes but the very long flight of steps up to the slopes are covered in snow and ice and barely maintained creating an extremely dangerous situation. Even more frustrating was the fact that every time we went to the front office there were at least two staff members just relaxing on the couch. They could’ve easily been shoveling those steps, or salting the ice covered driveway area both of which were a huge hazard.
More frustrations…1) when we checked in, we were not given a ski locker key, which just meant more trecks in ski boots over ice covered steps. 2) this is the driest climate on earth, why not just provide humidifiers for each room rather than making a guest ask for it? 3) why provide the incorrect Wi-Fi information in multiple places and force gas to come to the office to get the correct one?
Overall it was fine but to pay nearly 12k for a week, I was expecting a lot more. We will not be returning.
