The Space:
This spectacular modern holiday getaway offers an abundance of natural light as you enter the property with floor to ceiling sliding doors and large picture windows all around.
As you enter the home you will find a generous living space with a sumptuous modular lounge to relax and stretch out on. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen with dual ovens for cooking up a feast while others sit at the breakfast bar and look on.
On street level you have the spacious and luxurious master king bedroom, complete with walk-in robe and ensuite. Additionally, there are two comfortable queen bedrooms both equipped with built in robes. The main bathroom, laundry and a study are located on this level, providing convenience and functionality.
The lower level has another living area, offering additional space for relaxation and entertainment. There is a fourth queen bedroom and bathroom a great option for extra guests.
There is plenty of additional parking if you want to bring your boat for a spot of fishing, this area is well known for.

The Property is situated close to town you can walk there in 15 minutes or a 2-minute drive.
