Perched between Pretty Point and Malua Bay Beach is this orignal beach house ready for you to enjoy the summer sunshine and ocean views from nearly all rooms of the house.

Out the back gate you can take a stroll in either direction for those lazy beach days without the use of the family car.

With upstairs and downstairs being seperated it makes the perfect place a family group to holiday together and still have your own space.

The family dog is also most welcome!

The Space:
This beach house is 2 storeys with 2 bedrooms upstairs with open plan kitchen, dining, main bathroom and a sunny nook to take in the ocean breeze.

Downstairs is an additional 2 bedrooms, kitchenette with living area and external laundry / 2nd bathroom.

Outside you have plenty of space and even a hot outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after the day at the beach.

Only approx. 15 minutes from Batemans Bay town centre and approx. 20 minutes from Moruya.

Guest Access:
Access to the property is via a lockbox at the property, guests will receive the code via email approx. an hour prior to check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Malua Bay is one of the Eurobodalla's most popular places with locals and tourist alike.

Just minutes down the road Malua Bay has shops with local supermarket, cafes & restaurants and a park for the kids and the newly built Malua Bay Bowling Club.

Batemans Bay township is only a 15 minute driveaway.
