Arcadian Getaway - Oceanfront Condo, With Pool and Wifi, Monthly Winter Rental

The Arcadian I, is located in a quiet exclusive area on the North end of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully decorated condo has two bedrooms and two full baths. One with a queen size bed and the other with two twin sized beds, comfortably sleeping up to four people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to entertain. A 55” flat screen smart TV in living room, an Ocean Front balcony that offers Panoramic views of the coastline, and ocean front views from both the master bedroom and living room. Spend your days on what feels like an "exclusive beach" or swimming in our oceanfront pool or playing on our tennis court. You are just a few minutes away from all of Myrtle Beach’s famous restaurants, golf courses, outlet shopping & nightlife.

⭐**CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS**⭐
You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!

🧻What we supply you with:
⭐During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.

⭐We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.

We start you with:

• One roll of paper towels
• One trail size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.
• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.
• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• One trail size of shampoo
• One trail size conditioner
• One trail size of body wash and boy lotion
• One trail size of laundry detergent (if applicable)
• As well as one trash bag for the kitchen.


❄️ Monthly Rentals – We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year.

🌊Please note that outdoor pools are seasonal. You can message us to find out opening and closing dates. Please advise.
