Family friendly open plan living incorporating a modern kitchen designed for entertaining. Comprising extensive stone bench tops, breakfast bar seating, electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and dining table. The super cozy living room features a spacious lounge, split system heating and cooling, an open log fire, and ducted heating throughout the home. Please note if you are wishing to use the fire place you will be required to bring your own wood.

Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Tv and balcony access. Bedroom 2 has twin singles, a Tv/DVD and books & games. Bedroom 3 has single bunks. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. There is a bathroom, shower, living room with a Tv and a kitchenette. The main bathroom is located upstairs and has a separate toilet. There is additional electric heating in all bedrooms.
