This spacious fully-furnished 4 Bedroom/2 Bath luxurious villa is nestled in the quiet residential surroundings of Braden Crossings in Bradenton, FL. Come relax in the tranquil heated saltwater pool overlooking your beautifully landscaped garden & lanai with a ceiling fan, table, chairs, umbrellas, and sun loungers to soak up the sun.  Spend some soothing moments in your remote-controlled Jacuzzi which seats up to six guests. The removable safety fence which surrounds the pool area will protect your children at play, and the 6 ft. privacy fence surrounding the elegant garden will give you the peaceful clandestine hideaway you have been longing for.

As you enter the gorgeous villa, you will step onto the elegant bamboo flooring in the open family room, which offers leather sofas and a swivel chair where you can watch your favorite movies on the large 42” HD TV with DVD, Blu-ray, cable, and free on-demand movies.  This home includes (200mpbs) high-speed internet to power all your favorite devices. Whether you’re on a laptop, smartphone,
tablet, gaming console, smart TV, or all of the above, you will find it easy for everyone in your home to do it all online.

The dining area features a large wooden dining room table with six chairs for everyone to gather and enjoy a wonderful meal together.  There is also a separate lounge, which boasts a large leather sectional couch to watch your favorite cable TV show or enjoy a DVD.  The cozy, quaint kitchen includes all of the major appliances such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, range/oven, large refrigerator/freezer, ice-maker, rice maker, juicer, and a rotisserie to boot!

The master bedroom features a full-sized bed, cable TV and a spacious walk-in closet, with an en-suite bathroom providing double sinks, and bathtub/shower.  The second guest bedroom offers a full-sized bed as well, and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower. The third and fourth guest bedrooms each offer cozy twin beds for 2 guests to share a room.  The laundry room features a large washer/drier, iron, and ironing board.

You are extremely close to shops, tranquil beaches, sports, grocery stores, cinemas, and activities galore to keep everyone entertained!  Downtown Sarasota is only a short drive away and offers cultural events such as the Sarasota Opera, Ballet, Theatre, the Sarasota Orchestra, the infamous Ringling Art Museum, Maria Selby Botanical Gardens, Marina Jacks for boat tours, and more shopping and nightlife than you can imagine.  You are only a short drive to scenic Anna Maria Island or the white sandy beaches of Longboat Key or Siesta Key Beach, which was rated the world’s #1 beach, overlooking the breathtaking turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  Don’t miss your chance to experience this wonderful retreat!

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
