The right hand side of the house is newly built and boasts a huge lounge area overlooking the expansive garden and on a clear day you can see the ocean. Open the bi-folding doors to really encapsulate the view and get a sense of bringing the outdoors in. The master King bedroom and ensuite also over looks this vista and the minor bedrooms are located at the front of this wing with another family bathroom.
