The Space:

Nestled atop one of Vallarta's most prestigious condominiums, this apartment is a true gem. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living room equipped with a comfy sofa bed, Smart TV, and A/C, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six, setting the stage for memorable meals.

The master bedroom is a haven of relaxation, boasting a king-size bed, Smart TV, A/C, and a private bathroom with a dressing room. USB-equipped nightstands ensure your devices are always charged. The second bedroom, equally inviting, features a double bed, Smart TV, A/C, and a handy work desk for those who need to stay connected.

For those who love to cook, the kitchen is a dream come true. It's fully equipped with modern appliances like a microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Whether you're brewing a morning coffee or blending a tropical smoothie, you have all the tools at your fingertips. And with a washer and dryer in the laundry area, you'll have all the conveniences of home.

But the real star of the show is the balcony and direct access to the beautiful terrace. Here, you can bask in panoramic views of the city, from its northern tips to its southern edges, the encompassing mountains, and the vast ocean. Whether you're taking a dip in the pool or simply lounging with a book, this space promises serenity and awe in equal measure.

Guest Access:
They will be able to enjoy:
*Use of the pool from 9am to 10pm.
*The interior parking lot #3, the control will be inside the apartment, where it must be left before leaving.

The Neighborhood:
Located in La Versalles, one of the hippest areas of Puerto Vallarta and a privileged location. Recognized for its various quality gastronomic proposals, where you can walk and enjoy its streets and surprising spaces (we recommend checking out on Faceb "La Versalles"). Also, we are just a few minutes drive to the beach, 10 min to the city center, 10 min to the airport.

Getting Around:
If you enjoy walking, from the condo you can reach excellent points by foot, otherwise you can easily get there by car or uber.

If you have a car, you will have access to the internal parking through a control that we will leave in the condominium for you.

Other Things to Note:
Infants are counted as guests and we can't exceed the maximum capacity.

Please note that the sofa bed is not available until further notice.

It is a very safe condominium, and additionally we have security personnel 24 hours a day. Upon arrival, you must register your entry with them by showing your IDs. However, they are not part of the Sand Pacific team, any questions about your reservation, please see it directly with us.

The pool is not heated, so in January and February it can feel cold.

The terrace is normally pretty tranquil, but it can happen that there are guest using the terrace and you can hear some noise in the apartment.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.

A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.

A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.

There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
