This listing is for 4 luxury villas each w/full kitchens & laundry plus a 4-bedroom home - sleeps a total of 31. Private access to infinity pool, gardens & grills!

Our space includes: outdoor chapel on a cliff overlooking the beautiful rolling hills with amazing sunsets (chapel use fees apply, see below), a fantastic infinity pool, 4 private chic villas, 10 acres of hiking filled with birds, wildlife, creeks & adventure, our D6 Central Park with grills, picnic tables, shaded pergola, string lights, oak trees, hammocks & gardens. We can also provide additional tables/chairs & provide a list of our preferred vendors so that you can have a custom event that fits your needs (extra fee applies).

D6 Retreat is located within a meditation community which offers community yoga classes (see below) and a quiet backdrop for relaxing group gatherings or small weddings (instrumentalists allowed, but amplified music prohibited).

If you'd like to book a private yoga, sound bowl or meditation time for your group (extra fee applies), please let us know and we'll help to coordinate with our amazing providers.

Have more than 31? There are glamping cabins at our neighboring retreat that can be rented during your stay as well! That retreat hosts up to an additional 38 guests in our glamping-style cabins.

Standard Features for D6 Villas:
All villas at D6 come standard with full-sized kitchens that include a stainless steel stove, full size refrigerator, stainless steel microwave & double sink. The kitchen is fully stocked for guests with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker with single serve cup or pot sized options. Guests love the charcoal grilling stations right outside their front doors.

Each villa also has a full sized bath with stand up shower & full sized washer/dryers. Each Villa is fully stocked with plush D6 towels, wash clothes, hand towels & beach towels. Laundry detergent, hair dryer, travel size bath soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided as well. There are extra pillows, throws & comforters as well as an iron & ironing board for guests to use during their stay. Baby beds with sheets & a booster chair are included for all of our guests traveling with families.

Guests can also enjoy boxed games, a deck of cards & vintage books during their stay.

High-speed AT&T internet is free for all guests & WI-FI is available. The TV has Amazon Fire Stick installed for access to your favorite streaming services. All cabins have a flat panel TV. There is cell phone reception coverage over 99% of D6 Retreat.

About D6 Retreat:
D6 Retreat is a luxury retreat perfect for events & gatherings & is situated on 10 tree-filled acres in the hill country of Texas located about 15 minutes from the Bee Cave/Lakeway area & the city of Dripping Springs famously known as "The Wedding Capital of Texas."

D6 shares land with it's sister retreat that offers meditation, a cafe, and gift market. 15 glamping cabins can also be added to your stay for additional guests. These listings are linked below.

Our retreat features a wet weather creek, primitive hiking trails, & a 10 acre private wildlife preserve with deer & beautiful birds of all kinds.

There is a jungle gym for kids & many guests love to grab s'mores bag from our cafe next door and head to the fire pit for a memorable nightly snack.

Our 12,000 gallon infinity edge pool makes for a great escape during the hot summer days in Texas. Make a splash or lounge nearby in one of our lounge chairs or under the shade of our covered arbors. Hammocks & benches are also situated around the property to help guests relax & enjoy the views! There is a $75 pool heating fee if you wish to have the pool heated during your spring/fall stay (must be coordinated at least 3 days prior to check in). Please note that the pool is not heated unless pre-arranged and cannot be heated from Dec 20-March 1 due to temperature limits on the heat pump. Cold plunges welcome if done responsibly and safely! We 100% support the benefits of the cold for healing and wellness!

There are outdoor park grills, jungle gym, fire pits & picnic tables in our community area as well.

Leashed pets are always welcome at D6! We have a pet station for guests to use that is located in our community area.

This listing is only for lodging. For events that will include outside vendors, rentals, or additional day guests, please contact us directly. These events are assigned to our event coordinator and quoted based on the details of each event. Upon booking, you'll be sent a full set of guidelines for your stay at the retreat. If you don't feel you'll able to adhere to these, we can arrange for a full refund if it's within 24 hours of you receiving those rental guidelines. A Full Retreat Agreement is required to be signed.

We want to make sure you feel welcomed at D6 Retreat and we are here to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Our guests enjoy convenient access to: Hamilton Pool, nearby hiking & biking trails, favorite Dripping Springs & Bee Cave restaurants, movie theaters, antique shopping, wine tours, wedding venues, access to Lake Travis, Austin Zoo, Hill Country Galleria shopping & day trips into downtown Austin (30 minute drive)!

It's probably best to have a car, but Uber/Lyft come out here as well!

Retreat Peace Agreements:
In order to provide a relaxed space, we ask that all guests make the following agreements while on this peaceful retreat:

• I will honor the peace and quiet of this space.
• I will speak at a level that's respectful to the peace of those around me in the community during my time here.
• I will not play amplified music which could disrupt other guests.
• I will honor noble silence after 10PM until 7AM.
• I will be respectful to all staff, community, and guests.
• I will honor the sacred nature spaces on this land and leave the space better than I found it. I will help conserve the land. I will not litter nor remove/move any of our intentionally placed items from the sacred forest space.
• I will help the staff by replacing anything I rearranged during my stay such as furniture or outdoor chairs. I will not remove furniture from the common area for my own private use. This includes grills, chairs, and furniture.
• I will never leave fires unattended and will place them out completely. I will not burn fires if there is a burn ban in place for Hays County.
• I will use the common areas with respect to other guests and not leave my personal belongings in any common areas.
• Our entire property is a smoke-free space.
• All visitors must be registered with us prior to arrival. Check-in is at 3PM. Check-out is at 10AM.
