Positioned perfectly in the heart of Paddington, this light-filled and secluded studio is a cosy escape for business travellers or tourists alike. Offering modern conveniences, a TV with Apple TV and Netflix and an espresso machine, you’ll be just a minute walk to the famous Fiveways and are spoiled for choice when it comes to cafes, restaurants, and bars. You’ll be moments from some of Sydney’s best attractions, a bus ride to Bondi or a short stroll down the hill to Rushcutters Bay.
The north-facing studio overlooks a beautiful tree-filled escarpment that runs down into the beautiful Sydney Harbour. The studio offers a full-sized kitchen with a fridge, freezer, electric stove top and oven, Nespresso machine, milk frother and all the utensils and essentials needed to whip up a home cooked meal. There is a grocery store down the street to stock up on supplies and numerous eateries and bars nearby if you’d rather eat out.

A murphy bed pulls out to a plush queen bed made with hotel quality linen and overlooks the beautiful view. For more space, put it back in the wall during the day.

In the corner you’ll find a flat screen TV complete with Apple TV and Netflix to meet your entertainment needs. There is also Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. A cosy reading nook complete with a leather chair and side table is the perfect spot to take in the sunset while you take in the bay breeze.

The sea foam blue tiled bathroom is pristine and flooded with natural light. There is a shared laundry on the basement level of the apartment.
