The property is located right in the heart of Enmore, above a commercial shop lot. Enter at the back where a giant Bruce Lee mural welcomes you – a nod to the area's burgeoning arts scene. Up the staircase, you'll come to a cheerful yellow door, the entrance to your city sanctuary.

A hallway takes you past the bright and modern bathroom, which includes a washing machine and dryer. Further along, a stylish open kitchen has all you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as other cooking essentials such as pots, pans, crockery and utensils.

The end of the hallway opens out into a creatively furnished living space, featuring a sofa to kick back on and watch TV or read from a range of books available. A small flight of stairs leads to two bedrooms, where the air-conditioned main bedroom features a king-sized bed and a desk, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and TV.
