Five air-conditioned bedrooms catering to various needs:

Bedroom 1: Bunk bed (double + single), work desk, ergonomic chair, wardrobe, & blackout blinds (sleeps 3).
Bedroom 2 & 5: Single bed, work desk, ergonomic chair, & built-in wardrobe (sleeps 1 each).
Bedroom 3: Double bed, work desk, ergonomic chair, built-in wardrobe, private balcony, 40" smart TV, & blackout blinds (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds (sleeps 4), wardrobe, & blackout blinds.
Extra guest bed in the TV room for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Carport for 2 vehicles (sedans may find car space to steep) + ample street parking.

Upon your arrival, you'll receive a security access key for convenient self-check-in.
During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire property, creating a home-away-from-home experience.
Please note that this is a duplex house, with distinct upper and lower parts. Each portion has its own separate entry and exclusive area.
Your stay will be in the upper part of the house.
Other things to note
*If you're staying on Tuesday evening, kindly take the garbage bin out to the street for Wednesday morning collection, following the neighbors' example. Your cooperation is appreciated.

*Check-in is available from 3 pm onwards. You'll receive a door code before your arrival for self-check-in, as the code is regularly updated for security reasons.

*Check-out is by 10 am at the latest unless a late check-out has been prearranged for availability. Please refer to the check-out instructions on the fridge.

*No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. In case of noise complaints or disruptive behavior reported by neighbors, you'll be required to vacate the premises immediately, without refund.

*Please keep noise levels and music volume low after 9 pm.
