Book a fishing charter or a romantic sunset cruise to get even closer to the water or stay inland and check out the popular attractions of Busch Gardens, the Florida Aquarium, and ZooTampa. The riverwalk runs alongside the Hillsborough River where you can walk, bike, or rollerblade to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Try to catch a show at the beautiful David A. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, loveseat, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway and street parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• There is a security camera system that monitors the front door of the home.
• Please note that the hot tub is not a functional hot tub - no bubbles, no heat. Only a pool, which is also not heated.
• A gym area is available for guest use in the garage. Guests assume the risk of using available fitness equipment and are asked to use this space responsibly.
• The dock and kayaks are available for your enjoyment during your stay. Please be aware that the use of these amenities is at your own risk. We encourage you to take necessary precautions, adhere to safety guidelines, and use the equipment responsibly.
