• This large, completely renovated apartment contains five closed bedrooms:

- A first master bedroom with a king bed and a large closet
- A second including a king-size bed and opaque curtains
- A third including a queen bed and a shelf with a laundry rack
- A fourth including a queen bed with a desk and arcade games
- A final bedroom with a double bed and sublime light

• The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and is fully equipped for you to cook your favourite dishes. Dishes, cookware, cooking utensils, pots, pans and essential food items are provided so you don't miss a thing. In addition, a coffee machine with a few capsules is at your disposal for your sleepy mornings. There is a café and a Moroccan restaurant located on the ground floor with also a small fruit and vegetable counter.

• The dining room is spacious and the table can accommodate 10 people, which will allow you to easily enjoy your family meals. Additional folding chairs are available in storage.

• In the living room you will find a modular sofa so you can watch good movies comfortably. You will have access to numerous board games to brighten up your evenings!

• The unit contains a washer and dryer, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional accessible toilet that is near the laundry room!

• The accommodation has an ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection which will allow you to work efficiently or organize your stay without worrying about connectivity.

• You will have the possibility to rent the garage to store your car. It has a LEVEL 2 30 amp electric charging station.

• Parking is easy and free in the streets surrounding the accommodation. We are in a high-density residential area and there is no meter to pay for street parking.
