The living space is divided by a fireplace (not for guest use) and a wet bar, featuring two distinct sitting areas. One side hosts the family room, complete with a large 55-inch TV, two couches (one a sleeper sofa), and two chairs. The adjacent area provides an ideal space for conversation or observing the kitchen and a dining space for six. The updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and three bar stools. Adjoining the kitchen is a laundry room and a half bath for added convenience.

Every room in this home is equipped with TVs and Roku for entertainment. The master bedrooms feature spacious walk-in closets, and the Tommy Bahama-themed master bedroom boasts a new luxury mattress.
