- The property has a strict maximum occupancy of 12 guests. No other people are allowed besides those staying
- STRICT city-wide policy of no parties or events at short-term rentals. Please be respectful; we have neighbors that are very close by. If this is not followed, it may lead to an immediate cancelation of the remaining stay and/or an extra charge
- Quiet hours outside are from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM
- Please report any damage
- No open flames or candles in the house
- No trespassing on to other neighbors' piers/backyards, their property lines extend into the bay about 50 feet
- Please do not use the pool to rinse off dirt or sand; there is a shower on the deck by the shed for that
- Three cars max at the property, two in the driveway and one on the street, please do not block neighbor houses. There is a park at the end of the street for overflow if needed
- No running or use of scooter/skateboards, etc. on the back deck or by the pool
- Please do not handle or remove any pool components by or in the pool
- NOTE: This single-story home offers step-free access
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and camera 2 is located on the back deck facing the bay. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
