The Quinta San Miguel Ocean & Canal property is just as it’s named! Its prime location is right on the canal and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy the outdoor spaces like the refreshing pool surrounded by lounge chairs for relaxing, shaded dining tables, and ping pong for some friendly competition. You’ll have everything you need here and be within minutes of everything else. Come see for yourself!
The main highlights of the 5th-floor condo:
The sitting area features a comfy sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the private balcony. Step outside, relax on cushioned seating and take in the lovely weather!
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up. For sit-down meals, there’s a beautiful wood dining table, and for added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Nuevo Vallarta is a picturesque destination on the Pacific coast of Mexico. Travelers are treated to pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and a wealth of water sports activities. Dining options abound, offering a taste of Mexican and international cuisine, while vibrant nightlife can be found in nearby Puerto Vallarta. Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.
Getting Around:
The Quinta San Miguel Ocean & Canal property is APPROXIMATELY 11.5 km | 7.2 from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s 1 free designated parking space if you are arriving by car.
Other Things to Note:
The pool will be under construction until August, 31st. In the meantime, a rooftop pool in a nearby building (Quinta San Miguel Torre 3) will be available for guests use until the maintenance works are completed.
Bringing external providers to the property is strictly prohibited. If you need any extra services, such as cleaning or a private chef, you can easily arrange and book them directly at the property.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Electricity is included for up to 14kWh. Consumption will be calculated based on the difference between the meter reading at check-in and the meter reading at check-out, with a fee of 6 MXN per extra kilowatt used. Please assist us in conserving energy by using the AC responsibly.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 24 years of age or older to book.
- Families with children are always welcome.
- For groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed; this includes tobacco and cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Towels are not for beach usage. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or complex.
*Any fault in complying with the comment before will cause a direct cancelation of the booking without a refund.
Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
