This bijou one-bedroom, renovated apartment is a rare find, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom for your convenience. Situated just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a tram stop almost on your doorstep. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, comprising a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Kitchen/Dining Area:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, pans, cutlery and crockery, toaster, kettle, and new electric stove, not that you would want to spend time cooking as there is an abundance of restaurants within walking distance and a short walk to the beach with an array of restaurants along the shoreline where you can watch the sunset while you eat. The kitchen also has a generous-sized bar fridge for your refreshments and food and a small ice compartment which is ideal for longer stays.

The living area has a dining table to accommodate up to 4 people and also doubles up as a workspace. There is a mirrored cupboard in the bedroom and a large wall cupboard in the living area.

*All power points throughout the apartment come with USB and C-charging ports, so you can power all your mobile devices anywhere in the apartment. For your entertainment, there is a 50-inch TV with Chromecast so you can log into your own Netflix, Prime, etc., and strong NBN Wi-Fi (50 Mbps) is included for your convenience. Complete with a brand-new split system heating and cooling system to keep you warm in Winter and cool in Summer.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a separate toilet, a bath, shower and hand shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer for your use. The water tank is 50ltrs and is situated under the cupboard by the kitchen sink. It can accommodate approximately 15-20 minutes of hot water for your shower.

There is a shared laundry facility on the floor and has both a washing machine and a dryer. It is coin operated at your expense.

Entry:
Guest access to the property is via a key-safe lockbox. There is one flight of stairs to climb.

Other:
There is currently a leak by the window during very heavy rain; we are just waiting on the body corporate to organise additional downpipes to relieve and fix this issue. A towel is supplied and placed on the windowsill in order to catch any drops if it rains. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. You still have full access to the blinds and the ability to open the window should you want some fresh air.
