The home features an evaporative system throughout the home and a split system in the living area. The living area and bedrooms 1 & 2 have been equipped with ceiling fans. Bedroom 3 has been appointed with a remote-controlled pedestal fan.

History enthusiasts will enjoy a visit to the Old Dubbo Gaol (9 mins), a heritage-listed former gaol where visitors can experience history come to life with theatrical exhibitions, tours, and displays. BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items at an extra fee to make your stay even better! You can request enhancement such as an early check in or a late checkout or a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the property sleeps 6 guests, however, can sleep an additional person with the single pull-out mattress appointed to the sunroom. Please ensure to notify us at least 2 days before arrival if you plan on using the sofa.

Firepit: This property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
