Welcome to a vacation stay like no other at Aruba’s premier lifestyle community. This 1750 ft2 / 163 m²free standing two story villa is tastefully decorated with contemporary but still classic quality furniture.

The Space:
The ideal villa for you and your family features 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom on the second floor with a comfortable king-size bed and large windows with views of the Golf course. A door leads to a roof top terrace with table and high chairs where you can enjoy stunning sunsets and endless views. A modern bathroom with an indulging bath-tub with separate shower and his and hers sink. On the first floor there is a spacious guest bedroom with a queen bed and full ensuite private bathroom.
The open plan living and dining room area features a half bathroom by the hall and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would need for a stress free vacation. Stepping out through the sliding doors onto the terrace area, you can enjoy the private infinity pool with heated Jacuzzi featuring sun loungers, dining tables and chairs. Outside there is also a large paved deck where you can enjoy stunning views of the golf course and a sense of privacy and tranquility. This villa can accommodate a family to up to 4 or 6 guests. A 3rd bedroom is available per request and at additional costs.

Getting Around:
We do provide free transportation from the airport to the resort, however we always recommend to rent a car as it is the easiest way to explore the island by using google maps.

Other Things to Note:
- American (110v) and European (220v) plug outlets
- Minimum stay of 7 nights during Xmas/ New Year period and 3 nights for the rest of the year
- Housekeeping services every other day
- Water- and Electricity consumption is included for short terms ( 3 weeks) for long term stay 4 weeks and up will be calculated by taking picture the day of the check in and taking picture the day of the check out, this will be calculated at the end of your stay.
- Price is based on double occupancy per room
- Fully air-conditioned indoor spaces
