A wonderful little cottage with lovely hosts who have thought of everything.

A wonderful little cottage with lovely hosts who have thought of everything. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, stunning views. Superbly comfortable bed. All appliances new and high quality. Homemade bread to welcome us. Dog bowls provided and our dog made very welcome. Lots of attention to detail and just so pretty and comfortable. Plenty of logs for the fabulous log burner, clear instructions for everything. Information and maps for places to visit. Wi-Fi works well, games and cards for rainy days. The bird feeder was great to watch and we saw a woodpecker. Lovely places to visit nearby and Dalbeattie is quaint but has most things you need. Enclosed garden for the dog but we were welcome to walk around the hosts’ garden and little wood as well. The best cottage we have been to.
