Overall this was a great place! Location was good, it was small so not too terribly crowded on the beach and with the elevator. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness

This beachfront condo was a perfect fit for a long weekend getaway. Steps from the sand, it had plenty of room for us and all the amenities necessary to make it a relaxing stay. Located right on the beach, there was plenty of private parking and Destin Commons was only 1.5 miles away with tons of shopping and eating options.Communication with the host was great- we had a few questions and received responses right away. Thank you for having us at your home!!

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
We stayed in this unit for four nights with two guests, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing rentals we have experienced in Destin.Upon entering, we immediately noticed a strong moldy/musty odor. It was significant enough that we had to purchase room deodorizer to make the unit more tolerable. We also found three dirty washcloths and a dirty towel left over the shower, which made us question how thoroughly the unit had been cleaned and inspected before our arrival. The furniture was worn and visibly dirty. The couch, recliner, dining table, and chairs were stained, and the rugs on the floors were also dirty. This was beyond normal wear and tear and gave the entire unit an overall feeling of being poorly maintained and in need of a thorough deep cleaning. The bedding situation was also disappointing. The bunk beds were completely made with linens, but there were no sheets or bedding available for the pull-out sofa. Pillows were provided, but there were no pillowcases. Although there were only two of us, clean and complete bedding should be available for every advertised sleeping space. The bathrooms were very run-down and clearly in need of updating. The television setup was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating to use, and the internet service was terrible and unreliable throughout our stay.We understand that vacation rentals, particularly busy beach properties, will experience normal wear and tear. We do not expect every condo to be new or luxu

I am so sorry that your vacation was less than perfect. There should be a queen sheet set with pillow cases for the pull out couch in the closet for every guest. This was a unfortunate oversight, and I am so sorry. I will certainly address the cleaning with my cleaning staff and make arrangements for a deep clean. Donna

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. The beach area is clean and quieter than other places we’ve stayed. The umbrella and chairs that are included in season are a huge plus!
