I appreciate the extras that was in the unit. It did come in handy. The air conditioner was loud in the bedroom which may be an issue with light sleepers, as well as watching TV in bed. We didn't mind it to much. Unit is spacious and well stocked with towels and linens. We made use of the washer and dryer. Very happy with our stay looking forward to booking here again.

This is an absolute jewel! Spotlessly clean, plenty of room for hubby & me (including 2 TVs so he could watch the game without me), comfortable bed & furniture & nice patio on large backyard. Even has a grill which we didn’t use. We didn’t use the full kitchen except for coffee maker but that was very useful as it has both pod & basket options. And Frank graciously provided coffee for both. Great location for visiting the park or Dollywood & easy to drive to many restaurants. Frank was easily available by phone. If you bring your pet know that there’s a sweet cat named Alley who frequently visits outside the door. She joined me for morning coffee on the patio. We consider this unit a great find & give it the highest recommendation! And while the shower is great (& spotless) the jacuzzi tub is divine!
