Please do not book this unit until you read the rules: NO SMOKING OR VAPING (inside or out on the balconies) and NO PETS. The condo will accommodate a MAXIMUM of 4 (FOUR). Minimum age of 25 for primary guest. Our condo is not child proofed. Children 3 and up are allowed. Guest must have 4 or above star rating to book. No events or parties. If any of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and forfeit your damage deposit. 3-6 night minimum stay. Maximum 1 week stay.

We take reservations up to 180 days in the future.

Please accept our invitation to our Newly updated 2 bedroom condo at Summit Manor, Downtown Gatlinburg's premier upscale condominiums (built in 2007). Summit Manor is located across the street from the Ober Tram. You are walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and attractions! Please note that the elevator between the pool and Quality Inn that takes you to street level is out and going to be replaced.

The condo is beautifully furnished and has king size beds in both bedrooms. We purchased this condo the summer of 2018 and updated it with new stainless appliances, glass tile backsplash, guest bath vanity and all new master bedroom furniture. New comfortable Novaform 14 inch king gel memory foam mattress in the master Nov 2022. We also installed luxury vinyl wood plank flooring throughout the living area and bedrooms. You will love the view from either of the two 3rd floor balconies day or night!

We have an exterior Ring doorbell camera. Please do not book with us if you are not comfortable with the camera.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS

The living room offers new England Furniture including a leather sofa and two recliners, one that swivels and rocks (June 2024), a "55 TCL Roku smart TV with Spectrum Select streaming package (over 125 channels), a cozy gas stone fireplace and a beautiful view from the sliding glass doors. The large balcony outside the living area has a table and 4 high back chairs for dining or relaxing.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS

The master bedroom features a New King Size Memory Foam bed (Nov 2022) with dual side nightstands with usb ports & lamps and a 43" TCL Roku smart TV. Step out on your private balcony and relax in the rockers while you enjoy the beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains.

The ensuite master bath features a large shower, double vanity and a Jacuzzi tub.

GUEST BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS

The guest bedroom features a King size Novaform 14 inch gel memory foam mattress and dual side nightstands, a 43" TCL Roku smart TV and a chair for reading.

The guest bath features a tub/shower combo and a new vanity.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS

The Fully Furnished Kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator equipped with water and ice in door, dishwasher, oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. The kitchen also features a Mr. Coffee and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot and a garbage disposal.

Summit Manor is located just off the Parkway between Calhoun Village and the Gatlinburg Convention Center. The Best location in Downtown Gatlinburg!
