Pros: Size of condo was excellent, every one had their own space. Parking garage and elevators were great compared to other condos. View is perfection. Cons: Condo is in need of updating (water damage, water leak, dirty furniture) Didn’t know we had to pay extra for parking until after booking.

Thank you for reviewing Majestic Beach Towers 1-301. We’re glad the condo layout, parking garage and elevators, and the view worked well for your group. I’m sorry about the water damage, leak, and dirty furniture you encountered — that’s not the experience we aim to provide. We’ve shared your notes with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to inspect and address those issues. Apologies for the surprise parking charge; parking fees are listed in the Vrbo listing, but we’ll review the listing language to make that clearer for future guests. Thank you for the helpful feedback, and we hope to welcome you back.

The condo was nice but need some updating. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work, The sofa should be replaced or at least cleaned, needs some new pans for cooking and the entry door had a bad squeak when opening.

The condo was very nice and plenty of room for 10 people. The only thing unpleasant was it was very difficult for my elderly parents to walk so far from the parking garage to the condo. It is a very far walk.

Just a micro vacation

Great property location for family’s with teens. We loved having a corner suit next to the pool and beach entrance. Easy access via the stairs to both of the locations. Even better was that when our teens were at the pool we could still keep tabs on them but from a distance. So much fun even for a short stay b

We loved this rental! It was clean, better than described, and well equipped. I brought a ton of stuff we didn't even need. There were also beach chairs and a lot of beach toys to use. The beds and pillows were comfy. This is an end unit, and the front door was literally about five steps away from the staircase that took you straight to the pools and the beach. And since it was a third floor unit, we never had to use the elevator. The parking garage was easy to use and navigate, but this unit is a decent walk from parking only because the resort is so huge. It was not a big deal, just something to note. I also liked that the checkout instructions were reasonable and easy. We would 100% stay here again! We loved it so much!

Amazing room, great location

Went with the while family for a 4 nights away from the city. Everything about this room was amazing! No need for an elevator as the stairs take you right to the pool. Awesome balcony to just sit back and watch the sun set. Looking forward to next year already!

Definitely Would Stay Again!

My family loved this condo! Having a 3rd floor corner balcony was so nice. My only suggestion would be new cushions for the patio furniture, since we spent so much time using it. The condo was clean, well equipped and very well decorated. My family of 5 Adults & 3 children had plenty of space. We will definitely stay in this exact condo again when we come back to PCB. The facility itself had plenty to offer and the beach chair service was a big plus. We were close to everything.
