It is a ver nice, clean attractive condo in a wonderful community and area. Very well cared for and we enjoyed watching the golfers on the 8th hole and the ocean in the background.

Our stay at Beachy Keen exceeded our expectations! The condo was very clean and comfortable with the view being amazing for the price we payed being further from the ocean. This was our 5th time at Cinnamon Beach and every time we come, the area doesn’t disappoint. The hosts were very timely with responses and the check in process was smooth. Worth every cent!

Beachy Keen lived up to our expectations. It is spacious and comfortable with fabulous views from the patio. Its northeast location provides a shady spot to watch the golf activity below on the 8th hole with spectacular ocean views beyond.

Our stay was for two weeks in May and June and everything was perfect! Our hosts were the best and very easy to talk to. The Condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. All the beach items, various chairs, toys for the kids, umbrellas, made our time at the beach much easier for us! And the view was absolutely spectacular from the 5th floor, especially looking down hole #8 to the ocean! Will definitely come here again! Thank you!!

Great place to relax and enjoy the beach in a clean gated community

Property was as described, owner was communicative and this was our third time at Cinnamon beach but first time at this condo, the entire family loved it, great week away to unwind and enjoy the ocean and nearby attractions

Exactly what we needed plus a great view of ocean!

We love staying at Cinnamon Beach and this condo had everything that we needed and more. The condo was clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The beautiful view of the ocean was a great bonus.

Wonderful stay at Cinnamon Beach condo!

Fabulous views from the balcony where we enjoyed our meals and winding down after a day on the beach. Everything you need to be comfortable is here. Roomy, beautifully decorated, clean and comfy! Owner was very responsive. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family loved staying at this property. The condo was as described - very spacious and comfortable - much more so than the pictures show. We loved being able to sit on the patio and watch the golfers throughout different parts of the day or just watching/listening to the ocean. We enjoyed having the option of laying by the pool or going to the beach - both of which were less than a 5 minute walk. The location of the condo made it an easy drive to St. Augustine to sight see. We were so grateful to have the time away as a family.

Nice condo

This condo is very nice, spacious, reasonably priced, and very clean. The owners are easy to contact and very helpful. The pictures do not do this condo justice. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. If you love the beach, you should know that cinnamon beach is very rocky just as you enter the water.

We were a family of 6 vacationing in Palm Coast Fl, and our stay at 300 Cinnamon Beach was amazing and allowed us to enjoy our time there to the fullest. The unit was immaculate, very spacious, which allowed us to have our own space, but still be close enough to enjoy each other. Great patio with a view of the ocean, and the MB has a slider leading to the patio as well. MB is big with a huge tub and separate shower and double vanities. We had plenty of amenities ranging from Beach furniture, to coffee filters, and family games. We also loved the building provided 2 luggage carts to transport our stuff from the garage to the unit in the elevator easily. We are walking distance to both the beach and two pools, but on a few occasions we were given a ride to the pool in a golf cart by staff. One pool has a view of the beach with plenty of seating, including cabanas and a hot tub. You are not allowed to take beach furniture to the beach using this access point, but you can bring your own, rather then renting at other access points, all walking distance from the unit(even closer). The pool across the driveway has a Cafe that delivers to the pool, and the water is great. The location of our community was perfect for us because we had restaurants and activities in multiple spots, and 30 minutes up or down A1A scenic highway would have us in either downtown St. Augustine or Flagler Beach. 300 Cinnabon Beach is EVERYTHING as advertised. Definitely recommend.

The condo and surrounding community were both perfect. Very clean, quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed the stay here very much. Super relaxing on the beach and we loved drinking coffee looking over the golf course with the ocean just beyond it. Would definitely stay here again.
