I enjoyed the view from the balconies of the harbor and Marina. It was awesome to have a kitchen that had almost everything having the washer and dryer with the laundry detergent was such a treat. It was so thoughtful to have extra beach towels and beach chairs that we could use as well. Meaningful was definitely fun and I appreciate it being able to use that when I wasn’t at the beach or inside relaxing or cooking I want to highly recommend this place for anybody that wants a getaway to Ocean City Maryland and I would like to stay on the Bayside.

This townhome is absolutely amazing! I had no idea I was in for such a treat! Katie was so kind, and left us a bag of coffee, Fisher's popcorn, and salt water taffy with a lovely note! The decor is a gorgeous blend of blues and greys with pops of Lily Pulitzer and beach accents. The spot is quiet, and just a quick walk to the pool which is attached to The Reel Inn restaurant, where food and drinks were both delicious and affordable. The location is a quick walk to the beach/boardwalk and restaurant. We didn't want to leave!! This was such a great vacation and we couldn't have been happier with this property! We'll certainly be back!

Perfect!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! Beautiful townhouse. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is great; cloae to lots of things but out of the fray. The balconies are fantastic and the views of the marina were amazing.

Our experience with this property was excellent from beginning to end. The townhouse was spotlessly clean when we arrived, access through the front door was simple, the furnishings and decorative elements inside and on the decks were updated (most looked like new) and attractive, and the rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable. It was clear that the owner takes a lot of pride and care in this property. The complex overall was well-maintained and quiet, and the main pool was very nice, with service for drinks and food from the attached restaurant quick and easy. The townhouse came equipped with everything we needed, from dishes and utensils to towels, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised that the master bath has a really large shower, which is unusual for a rental, and sitting outside on the deck facing the marina was wonderful. The assigned parking spot is within the complex, but we never needed to use it because the front door faces a quiet street and there was always street parking right outside the front door. We would 100 percent stay here again, it was well worth it.

We had an amazing stay at the Coconut Cottage in OCMD! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and in the perfect location—on the bay, close to everything, and surrounded by beautiful views. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming - she thought of everything to make it the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing getaway! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

The place was beautiful. It was better than the pictures. Everything was clean and everything you could have possibly needed or had questions about was right at your finger tips. I would highly recommend staying here. We want to go back ASAP!

This place was amazing! We loved our stay. The townhouse had everything we needed, and more. It was so clean and cozy. It was also very close in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The host was so thoughtful and left us refreshments in the refrigerator and popcorn to snack on during our stay. We were also very surprised to catch the last day of the White Marlin Open going on during our arrival right outside our back door. It was very cool to see all the boats! We will definitely be back!

The Coconut Cottage was absolutely perfect from location to amenities in the townhome. Our family stayed two nights for the Sand Duels soccer tournament. The townhome is conveniently located in the middle of the boardwalk with many fabulous restaurants nearby on the bayside and on the boardwalk. The home had everything we needed for the stay. The kids loved the bin of Fisher’s popcorn on arrival! Beds were comfy and furnishings were beachy modern with soothing colors throughout the home. We did not get to the community pool and restaurant but it was a quick walk along the boardwalk behind the homes.We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this was truly one of the best! We will absolutely book again for next year’s Sand Duels!!!
