Great apartment.

Great and peaceful apartment. The owner is helpful and you always get an answer to things. On the spot, Eric takes care of things nicely and explains the customs of the house. The train stop nearby makes it easier to move around the area.

Calle del Greco

Well equipped and laid out property in a great location. We stayed over the winter and found the heating (not available in most Spanish properties) very useful. Michel & Martine responded quickly and resolved the minor issues in a timely fashion.

Right from the first step to the last step, communication was quick and informative. The apartment comes fully equipped and I mean fully, even down to a sewing kit. The kitchen had everything you could need for a long or short stay.It was clean, neat and tidy and comes with hairdryers, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machines and so on.I can't think of a thing that was missing. The location has a couple of restaurants down the street and is only a few minutes from the beach, promenade and tram station. It has easy access in and out of the block, is just on the first floor but there is a lift if you need it.There were a few cold evenings outside and a couple of storms passing though but inside was always warm and with the gas central heating, a real treat compared to some rental places.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it at any time of year. Thanks Michel, I enjoyed being there a lot.

Perfecte vakantiewoning.

Ruim, schoon modern. Alles aanwezig.

Laurent

Thank you very much David, you are welcome at home if you want to come back. For the english télévision, it's seems not so easy with the parabol on the roof of the residence. I would like to get it, but not so easy. But may be with the wifi at home, we can see some channels on the computer. I hope to see you again. Michel
