Lisa,Thank you so much for everything during our stay in your beautiful home. The location cannot be beat! We were grateful for spacious parking, the ability to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The bunk room was SO cute!! Our girls loved the ceiling details in there! The bathrooms were also updated and clean. The beach chairs were a nice touch as well as the beach toys... which I think we left two mini buc-ee buckets there haha you can keep them and we will enjoy them next time we visit :)

Property location was great. Owner was terrific to work with. Suggestions for improvement - blackout curtains or shades for the master bedroom. Current blinds let in a lot of light from the street lights at night.

This unit is in a perfect location- easy walk/ride to the beach club, watercolor camp and Seaside. The house is well stocked and we appreciated having all the kitchen equipment, washer/dryer and beach chairs/toys.

The place was very nice, location great. It is in a nice area close to the Watercolor Inn hotel and the reception venue we attended. For the price, it would have been nice to have a welcome basket or some refreshments - just a personal touch would have made it 5 stars.

Absolute perfection!

The Watercolor resort is wonderful and the location of this property is perfectly situated. It is quiet, but super close to the beach club and downtown Seaside. The owner was so easy to work with and made our stay one to remember. We will definitely be back.
