Perfect for a ski weekend!!

We loved staying here! Fun to ski to the front door. We used the shuttle that was super close to get to the lifts. Close enough to walk downtown too. We would definitely stay again.

Fun Stay - Family Spring Break with elementary-aged kids

We really enjoyed all the perks: ski-in and 5 min walk for ski-out, hot tub, kitchen stocked with supplies to prep simple dinner and breakfast, comfy beds, Netflix access, easy walk to town and heated garage. Kids loved our short stay to ski Breck for Spring Break. Would definitely stay here again!

Great 2 Story In Breck!

This property was great for four people and had a fantastic hot tub! The property was very close to the Breck gondola which was nice to not have to drive everyday. Also, the heated garage was sweet!

Great ski condo in great location

This is a perfect condo for four people. It's very clean, in great condition, well-stocked and perfectly located. It was an easy walk to the gondola and to town and we enjoyed being able to ski home at the end of the day. The owners were very responsive to our questions and needs before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and an awesome condo

Stayed here for a ski trip to Breckenridge with three other friends. The condo was the perfect size. The location is very close to the local bus routes and walkable to the gondola. The best part was the ski-in convenience to the condo. I would definitely stay here again. Great value.

Great property centrally located

We had a great time, and the property was well equipped for our needs. Breck free ride stops are nearby and the gondola is a reasonable walk carrying ski gear. We had a shower head break while we were there and the owners were terrific- immediate response and had it replaced the next day while we were out skiing. Highly recommend the property.

Beautiful, warm, cozy

This home is clean and in a great location just a few minutes from downtown Breck. The fireplace gave us southerners that winter cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed grilling on the deck after a long day in the snow. Our hosts were attentive and check in was simple. Heated garage was a plus. We loved it!

Perfect Location

We loved this condo and the location was perfect- walking distance into town. Our kids loved the bunk beds in their room. The master bed was not the most comfortable but we managed. The check out list was a little extreme in my opinion, especially having a cleaning company come in after us.
