Very big, completely remodeled farmhouse in the country...but 5 minutes from all you need in Penn State. Very quiet and clean. Nicely appointed, well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend!

We chose this house for the layout and bed configuration which worked out very well for our group. Communication with the host/ property manager was good too. Things that need improvement- updating the door code for entry, the front entrance was very dirty, floors and linens should be cleaner, the coffee pot didn’t work, WiFi was very inconsistent. However , the overall space and location was great for us.

Great Weekend Getaway

The Happy Valley Retreat was a great place to stay for our large family. The spacious house was a great open area for our family to connect, play, and enjoy each other's company. Close enough to the stadium and all campus activities while also being out of the way for our kids to enjoy time outside between events.

Nice place for a group

Our friend group lives all over the state, so we met here for a visit. The house was really nice, had easy parking, and plenty of room for all 6 of us. We had a lovely trip. We didn’t plan on doing much in State College, but it was only a short drive away if we needed anything. The host was easy to reach when we had questions.
