This was a 4 day getaway family and friends event we had a total of 14 people the view the rooms and cleaness of the place spacious most of all we enjoyed our stay everything was real nice we loved everything and every moment

This was an amazing property to host a big family gathering of 30 people. The rooms were very clean and provided towels for all guests. Beautiful views with clouds stuck in the mountains. Kids, adults and old people all enjoyed.

Enough space for everyone, and the view makes the trip. Beautiful property with one of the best views of the smoky mountains available. We will definitely look to stay here again.

The check-in process is not customer friendly at all. I had to call multiple times for a check in code. The host was not responsive at all with very long wait time for a response (sometimes overnight).The driving directions are the worst as the Google map will take you through a 45-50 degree incline to reach the apartment while there is a back road access available. The incline was very dangerous for 7 seater cars.The lower floor in the apartment had a deck outside which wasn't clean.The property is listed for 32 people but the hot water is just enough for 10-12. I had to call multiple times for a maintenance person to come and fix it and it wasn't fixed even after those requests.It wasn't worth the money at all and wouldn't recommend at all. There is no parking space for more than 5 cars even after the property sleeps 32.

The driveway is a concrete drive and is not as steep as described. There is parking for more than five vehicles. The property also has several large hot water heaters, and this is the first time we have received this type of feedback after many stays.We appreciate you sharing your experience and will continue working to make check-in and communication smoother.

Absolutely beautiful views! This cabin was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. We cooked every meal so this was perfect. We had plenty plates and cutlery. We would like to see a crockpot or 2. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. I would recommend it to anyone that loves nature. We hope to visit again

Fantastic Views

This property did not disappoint. Very spacious, lots of dishes to use and plenty of bathrooms. The views were amazing and plenty of outdoor space. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Spectacular views and floor plan!!!

The house was amazing! Huge kitchen, tons of bedrooms with room for all ages and phases, and the view breathtaking. Be mindful of the steep street to get to the house, but so worth the drive!

It really is as good as it looks online!

We had an amazing family reunion! Over 20 of us together. Plenty of space! The house is so very nice and modern. The kitchen was perfect for our size of gathering!! The large table was the perfect gathering spot. You will NOT be disappointed.
